What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website. They don't cover the work we do for clients; each project is governed by its own written quote and agreement, which take precedence.

Our content

The text, design, code, animations and illustrations on this site, including the pixel-art characters, belong to LJ Pixel & Co. You're welcome to link to the site and share it. Please don't copy, reuse or sell our content without asking us first.

Client work we show

Screenshots and names of client websites in our portfolio are shown with the clients' permission and remain their property. The characters in our "Guess who" game are fictional types and are not based on any real person, company or competitor.

Information on this site

Everything here is general information, not advice. Prices shown as "from" are indicative starting points; the price for your project is the one in your written quote. We may change, add to or remove anything on this site at any time.

Enquiries

Sending us the contact form or a message doesn't create a contract between us. We aim to reply within one working day, but we can't guarantee a reply time or that we'll be able to take on every project.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, sending spam or automated submissions through the form, probing for vulnerabilities, or anything that would damage the site or interfere with other visitors.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, including our clients', are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

This site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, secure and available, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
